There are many versions of the Jesus prayer.  The one I use is:

Lord Jesus Christ,
Son of God, Saviour,
Have mercy on me, a sinner.

Tom Wright has expanded on the Jesus prayer to form the Trinity Prayer
 

Father Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
set up your kingdom in our midst.

Lord Jesus Christ,
son of the living God,
have mercy on me a sinner.

Holy Spirit,
breath of the living God,
renew me and all the world.

I discovered the Trinity Prayer on John Roop’s blog euangelion.  He links it with The Way of the Pilgrim, the spiritual autobiography of an anonymous 19th century Russian peasant who wanders across Russia searching for a way to obey St Paul’s charge to pray without ceasing. 

It is worth a look.
